Luxurious Peruvian Flavors' Tour
Luxurious Peruvian Flavors' Tour
For the seventh year in a row, Peru has been selected as the world´s first culinary destination by The World Travel Awards. The ancient Peruvian, the Spanish, the African slaves, the Mandarin Chinese, the Japanese and recently, the European contributed their ingredients, thus creating a mix of flavours. The tour aims to familiarize the traveller with the culinary calling of the country on site: from obtaining the basic products at the local markets and discovering typical products to enjoying different culinary choices in several star-awarded restaurants and preparing some dishes.
KEY WORDS: gastronomy, cuisine, pisco sour, Inca, culture, tradition.
